The image of the item is clear and in focus and taken in good light with the screen of the device visible and turned on.
All items:
The image of the item is taken in real-time, is clear and in focus and taken in good light with the whole item visible.
Selfies: The image must contain the person insuring the item.
Proof of Purchase: This must be taken in real-time, be clear and in focus and taken in good light.
It is important to note that the photos of your item and you with your item are a requirement for cover – i.e. in order for your cover to be valid and for any claims to be considered, you must take these photos per the instructions displayed when you add your item in the app.
