Once you have added your item, you can update certain details about the item (e.g. the replacement value) in the app.
If cover is currently on for the item you want to update, you must switch off cover for this item before you can update it. Then:
Tap on the item name.
Select the ‘Asset’ tab at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to the ‘Update asset’ button and follow the step by step update asset process.
Lastly, if you switched your cover off in order to update your item, remember to switch your cover back on.
To update photos, simply follow the steps below (no need to switch off cover):
Open the app, and tap on the item name.
Select the ‘Gallery’ tab at the top of the screen.
Tap the ‘Retake’ button and retake the required photos.
Remember: If you are updating photos of your cellphone, you must log into the app on the cellphone you are insuring and use a mirror to take the requested photo.
