You cannot insure an item for use in a professional capacity, except if the item is office or home industry equipment belonging to you in your private capacity.

We will cover use of your item in official events (e.g. races, competitions) by an amateur participant only (i.e. we will not cover a professional participant).

For clarity, by "professional" we mean to be engaged in an activity for which one receives any monetary compensation.
