1. Contact your current insurance company. Have your ID or policy number ready.

2. Let your insurer know that you would like to cancel your cover for your vehicle.

3. At this point, they will try to retain you, and ask you why. Simply say: “I want the flexibility to save money on the days that my car is parked!”

4. Instruct them that the last date of the cover with them will be the day before you switch on cover in our app.

Remember, that even if they match our monthly premium, they won’t be able to offer you additional savings on days when your car is parked!
