Immediately report any incident of theft, hijacking, vehicle accidents (if required by law), fire, malicious damage or any other criminal acts involving your insured asset to the police. We will request a copy of the police report and case number or police affidavit.

If you are outside South Africa, you must report the incident to law enforcement in the country where the incident occurred.
